I love the quality and style of Patagonia. You can never go wrong. The quality lasts and is rugged for the trails to every day wear. The staff is always helpful and can answer all questions. I still miss their store in Ballard I’m not a fan of driving to downtown Seattle.

I had a pleasure today of being helped by Cole and PJ with some exchanges. I normally don’t leave reviews, but the two were so helpful, friendly and went above and beyond by helping me get my gear for my upcoming trip by reaching out to other locations and tracking down what I needed. So, I had to give him a shout out. Thanks, Cole and PJ!!!

From out of town visiting. Cole is the greatest. He helped me find the exact item I was looking for and helped me get the perfect size and color. 10/10 will come Back next time I’m in Seattle just because of him.

This store is great, Ben specifically was EXTREMELY helpful and incredibly knowledgeable on the different materials, styles, and went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. Made the entire shopping experience so much more streamlined and helped us really trust and learn about the products we were looking into. I’m always nervous investing in more expensive outerwear, but those nerves were totally subsided as he was talking us through the make and science behind the products. Would definitely recommend seeking him out if you’re able and around the area and looking for something from this store!

Love patagonia gear. Great to have this store close by. Today I took one of my Patsgonia Puffer jackets in for repair. It will take a while but I know it will be done right.

Such incredible customer service! I am travelling from Australia and needed some help with a faulty jacket. The lovely salesperson (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) was so kind and helped me with an exchange. I am very grateful.

Cole provided great customer service today and made me a customer for life! He was super knowledgeable about Patagonia gear, very friendly, and helped me return/exchange some snow pants that had ripped through the previous repair from Patagonia. I love the Patagonia repair policy and how they stand by their products. The updated version of the snow pants seem burlier and have a bit more room so they'll be less prone to ripping which is great. Highly recommend this store - have had so many good experiences here.

The staff of this store made my day today. Came in with my favorite bag burned straight through the top (courtesy of my mother) and I just wanted to get it patched. Not only did the staff give me all the recs I needed to get it fixed - demonstrations, local options, and other creative solutions - I was then surprised with credit towards a new bag! Talk about treating your customers well - and beyond what they expect (or deserve according to warranty). True hospitality at its finest - I’ll never get my gear from anywhere else

SHOUT OUT TO DENNIS! I’m in Seattle looking for a rain jacket and Dennis approached my wife and I. I was between a few jackets and he assisted me in finding one I was looking for. He then proceeded to thoroughly explain the differences and benefits of each one like a professional. I truly cannot thank Dennis enough for his help. I really hope that he receives recognition as an amazing asset to this company. Thank you again Dennis!
